Last blogged @ 11:58 AM Went to Jurong Safra K with lovelle and nick this afternoon. They had the sudden urge to K and asked me out last minute. I only had about 30 minutes to prepare before i leave house.
The kbox there is great. New KBOX = nicely designed room, nice sofa seats, great system, high technology. The screen there is like a big plasma tv. And unlike the old kbox, which has a small screen at the side for the choosing of songs, they had a big touch screen for the choosing of songs. Its like a ultra huge ipod, super nice, with many functions. The screen is not merely for the selection of songs, you can play games using it too. And there is this function where you can actually add in 'atmosphere' like applause, cheering, whistle, and even jeering. Super cool larh! The sound system there was good too. But one thing to take note when you go there. That is, it is super COLD there. Like really freezing. So bring a jacket/ sweater with you and a huge bag to cover your legs if you are wearing shorts/skirt. We sang from 2pm to 7.30pm. The staffs didnt ask us to leave at 5pm or 7pm and we ended leaving only after we finished all the songs on our list. I realised that we sang about 120 songs straight today after looking at the list of songs in a section called '已唱'. WOW! In conclusion, the Jurong Safra Kbox is WAY MUCH BETTER than the Clememti Kbox, In terms of service, atmosphere, location, system and everything. Only thing about the Jurong Safra Kbox is that there isnt the k student package. Sad yea. But on the whole, its still worth it (: Nick kor then drove me home and i reached homa at 8pm.
